What is ‘ON THE SPOT COACHING’ (Real time virtual coaching)
With Mylivfit’s unique ‘On the Spot Coaching’ (Virtual Coaching) we ensure that your food selection is always aligned to your meal plan requirements! Especially when you are eating out at restaurants. (For additional info: contact@mylivfit.com)
Which is the way through ‘Virtual Coach’ (On the Spot Coach) is provided?

‘On the Spot Coaching’ is provided on real time through mobile instant messaging apps*. This Virtual Coaching support is conducted between Mylivfit coach and Liveat current customer.

*Mobile instant messaging apps not included in LivEAT program. Each customer is/ will be responsible for any data and/ or SMS- Instant messaging rates, costs, charges, and/ or fees resulting and/ or associated to the use of this on real time coaching service.

How many programs does Mylivfit offer?

Mylivfit offers three programs. Each one of Mylivfit meal and training programs are personalized considering each person’s age, gender, current and pre- existing physical/ medical condition, and lifestyle.

  • Liveat: Meal plan program that provides a day by day guide about food choices and right portions. Programs are designed considering key factors such as personal taste, dietary restrictions and food preference as well.
  • Moveat: Moveat is a personalized Online Training program that can be complemented and supported with the Liveat program (Mylivfit Meal Program). Each training program is ‘Customer Specific’. Training routine is developed by mylivfit coach. Once the program is designed and finalized, the online training routine is discussed and explained in detail to the customer (video conference).
  • Traineat: One on One training can be supported with a meal plan program (Liveat). Each session consists of 60 minutes of personal training where both right form and movement prevail over heavy weight lifting. Weights are increased based on trainee’s level of advancement.
How many package options does mylivfit offer?
  • Start Package: Includes a Four-Week Plan for any of Mylivfit programs
  • Motivation Package: Includes an Eight-Week Plan for any of Mylivfit programs
  • Transformation Package: Includes Twelve-Week Plan + PLUS for any of Mylivfit programs

Which is the follow up frequency for Mylivfit programs?
  • Initial set up (Prior to program start):
    • Call – Video call/ or face to face meeting
    • Overview about program of interest, discussion of customer profile- current physical condition & set realistic goals. (Face to face OR call- video call subject to geographic location)
  • Mid-term check point (typically half way program):
    • Evaluate customer’s progress (advancements vs. goals).
    • Adjustments if required
  • Final check point (end of program):
    • Evaluate customer’s success (results vs. goals)
Are mylivfit coaches insured?

Yes, Mylivfit coaches are insured. Typically, this insurance is requested by on site Apt Building gyms and/ or Condominium- Residential Association*

(*Applies to Miami- Dade County)

In what languages are mylivft programs conducted?
English and Spanish.
Could I be trained by Mylivfit coach at any gym- fitness club (applies for Traineat program)?

This will be subject to facility’ regulation where the Mylivfit customer wants to be trained.

  • Conducting pertaining research with Public Gym- Fitness Club Management and/ Home- Condominium Owner Assoc.- Management on any documents, fees, and/ or permits required by Mylivfit coach to train he/ she inside Public gym- Fitness Club and/ or Apt. Building/ Condominium Gym- Fitness club facility.
  • Written confirmation from Public gym- Fitness Club Management and/ or Home- Condominium Owner Assoc.- Management should be provided by Mylivfit’s customer to Mylivfit coach before the start of 1st session of the Traineat program.
  • Free access to gym – fitness facility (no liability on Mylivfit’s coach) should be stated clearly in the written confirmation provided by Mylivfit customer (based on Public Gym and/ or Home- Condominium Owners Assoc.- Management regulations)
  • Mylivfit’s customer is/ will be responsible for any fee or payment, charged by Public Gym Management and/ or Home- Condominium Owner Assoc.- Management, associated to each one of the training sessions conducted inside Public and/ or Apt. Building/ Condominium Gym- Fitness club facilities.
Do Mylivfit (Moveat and Traineat) programs require any exercise- fitness accessories/ equipment?

Yes, mylivfit programs require common exercise- fitness accessories/ equipment* that might include: Resistance bands, dumbbell, kettle bells, medicine & fitness ball.

* Note:

Exercise- fitness equipment/ accessories are not included in any of Mylivfit’s programs neither Moveat nor Traineat. Mylivfit is not associated and/ or promotes- recommends a specific exercise- fitness accessories/ equipment/ gear brand and/ or product line

What is the geographic area of coverage for TrainEAT program?
TrainEAT On-site training sessions are offered in the following Miami, FL. areas: Brickell, Brickell Key, Miami Downtown, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and Star Island
Are Mylivfit programs available standalone?
Yes, specifically MovEAT (Online training) and TrainEAT (Personal training)
How much is the cost of a Mylivfit (Four-week program)?

Mylivfit programs start as low as USD$ 250 (Liveat).

Payments (Four-week Fee) must be conducted at sign on.

Which are the available methods of payment?
Pay-Pal, Online Money transfer (Western Union, MoneyGram), Credit Card, and *Square Cash (Available only for payments within the Continental US)
